3. Roles and Responsibilities

Effective governance relies on clear roles and responsibilities. Key roles within Drupalers Association Pune include:

  • Consensus & Voting: Decisions are primarily sought through consensus. Where consensus is not reached, formal voting procedures are followed as per the association's bylaws.
